Prints
All images are individually edited and proofed. All images are prints are on Kodak Endura Professional Photo Quality paper.
Posters
All posters are printed on Kodak Professional Photo Quality paper. If the listed size is too large for your particular frame or wall, simply specify what size you require in the notes section of your order and I can custom order it for you. Same price will apply.
Postage & Handling
To protect your photos against damage, 8x12" size prints or smaller are sent in envelopes with cardboard backing & wrapped in bubble wrap. Posters are sent in a Postpak tube. Multiple print orders going to the same delivery address will only incur the one Postage & Handling fee.

All images on this website are copyrighted. Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly prohibited unless permission is granted by photographer. All images purchased from this website are for personal use only. If you require an image/s for media or commercial use please contact Peter for further information.
Bookings
How do I book?
Simply call or email me to book your team's next big game or the upcoming season to be photographed. If you are a parent or player, why not ask your coach or event organiser to get in touch with me?
Please advise the date, venue, sport, approximate duration and your contact details (phone, email, name of club or organisation). I will reply to you promptly to discuss the finer details.
General Questions
How long are images displayed on the sports page?
The images will on the website for three weeks, then the image folders will be removed and archived to free up space for new images. So whilst you are welcomed to browse as often and as long as you like, please bear in mind they will not be here forever so make sure you purchase the images you really like! All archived images are available for sale, but a deposit will be required prior to retrieval. This deposit is then deducted from the purchase price. However if no subsequent purchase is made, the deposit is non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Living Colour Professional Photography respects your privacy and will never sell, distribute or disclose any of your personal information from this website or any other form of communication. If there is a picture of you or your child that you do not wish to have displayed, I will also respect your wishes and have it removed. Simply email me with the respective file name and category.
How is my payment made?
Payment can be made by cheque, money order or "Direct Bank Transfer", Be sure to include your name and order number in your email. Orders will be processed once your cheque has cleared or your payment has been received.
Delivery time?
All orders are re-sized, edited, printed and sent out within 5 to 10 working days. Orders will only be printed and delivered after payment has been received.
Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy
If for a particular reason you are not satisfied with a print, your money will be refunded. Simply email me with your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you weren't satisfied. All requests for refunds must be e-mailed to Living Colour Photography within 14 days of original postage date. Photos must be sent back in their original condition (at the client's expense) prior to receiving a refund.
